the Takaful business of Al Hilal Bank, a subsidiary of
Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB). Al Hilal Takaful is
now a possession of Siraj Holding. The acquisition is
being seen as a major milestone, one that has the
potential to open new avenues for the company and further
strengthen its conglomerate stature.
